The Band Clinic will be led by Dr. Jim Koerschen, Head of School at Concordia International School Shanghai.
This 70 member concert band will be playing a repertoire of grade 3 ½- 4 literature which includes:
The instrumentation will include:
Piccolo, flute, oboe, bassoon, clarinet, alto clarinet, bass clarinet, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, baritone saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, and percussion.
Registration Limits
We will fill instrumentation on a first come first serve basis. Once a particular instrument is filled, we will have to decline further enrollment in that area. Please understand that to maintain a balanced ensemble, this is required. Please register early to avoid disappointment (especially instruments that only require one or two positions, i.e. oboe, bass clarinet.) We will confirm the status of your registration via email within five days of receiving it.
Music will be faxed to each school after registration closes on January 31, 2008.
