Registration and Selection Process                

Workshops will be filled on a first come first served basis.  This will be based on the date and time that your registration is received either via email or FAX. 

Since enrollment is limited to 10 students per school, and since each ensemble has restrictions with part assignments (we can’t have a band of all saxophones and flutes…or a choir of all sopranos…or a string ensemble of only violins) we know that it will be difficult for you to choose which students should participate in the conference.  We are hoping that each school will select a few of their shining stars to come and share their talents.

Once a particular section is filled, we will have to decline any further enrollment in that area.  This may be especially difficult for the band workshop where we have many instruments parts with only several players on a part.  We are sorry for the disappointment this may bring, but in order to have balanced workshops and ensembles we have no other choice but to manage registration in this manner. 

We suggest registering as early as possible.  We will confirm the status of your registration with you via email within 5 days of your registration.
